App crashes during playback

Swann is terrible when it comes to supporting their products and the same can be said with this app. No files will playback as each time I hit the play button the app crashes. When trying to switch from Fluent to Clear the app crashes and closes. They have had these issues for a long time and have yet to provide a fix. Their support for Apple products in general is horrible.
