Good app for iPhone. But they dont have an assigned app for iPad which is a disappointment Also I have a camera that got very blurry and has a purple tint Ive had this system for almost a year itll be a year on June 26th

This app is much better than the other swann apps because of the setup options. This app brings you to a bar scanner built into the app so all you have to do is scan the barcode on your settings screen and it connects automatically. Just make sure you turn your wifi off on your phone when you set up the remote connection, mine never connects with the wifi turned on my iPhone.

The app crashes daily this time its been down for 3 days. Update info here app is down again 6/1/16

Terrible support ... Staff cant help fix issues remote ... Features dont always work.

App does what it says it will do. Image quality and lag could be better, but it does the job.

This is a great app for watching the house while away but the picture quality is very poor and makes it difficult to see clearly what is going on.

Swann is terrible when it comes to supporting their products and the same can be said with this app. No files will playback as each time I hit the play button the app crashes. When trying to switch from Fluent to Clear the app crashes and closes. They have had these issues for a long time and have yet to provide a fix. Their support for Apple products in general is horrible.

I am always up for updates to improve a system or app. This new version update is not good as far as the blue bar under every picture taking up space to see cause iPhone is small enough as it is. We can already count the pics there with out a big blue bar across the bottom interfering with the view. Tried everything to get rid of it with out success.

I have the iPhone 6 Plus and this app worked great on my iPhone 5 but it now doesnt work on my iPhone 6 Plus

Why does the app stop working for long periods of time . Some times 24 hours

This app worked fine on my iPhone 5. I upgraded to the 6 and it will not work. Please fix!!!

Unbelievable that you cant fast forward through a recording.

Ive got this device with 6 cameras 2 of them were extras and I havent finishing doing the wiring concealed just to tested and I was mesmerized on the sharp images and then I downloaded the app and as promised all cameras working. I will keep you posted if I find some cons :-)

Not that the plus version was any better but at least that one, when it worked, had the ability to fast forward and scroll through video. NOT with this app. Swann please update app and add that feature. Might be looking for another company and selling my system. Maybe Costco will take it back!

App load up video very blurry then I tried Stream change from Fluent to clear crash and shut down app every time. Work perfectly on 720p but wouldnt work on 1080. Please fix it
