Love the cameras but the app is horrible! It works maybe 1/4 of the time. The whole point for us in getting these was to be able to view the cameras from our phone, especially during storm season. The app is worthless and if they arent going to fix it, then dont waste your money on the camera system! Need to report this issue but dont know who to call. Seems like a lot of others have the same problem.

I had the NVR and Cameras installed about 2 weeks ago. Already one camera is failing(according to Mgr at Frys) the lens has a hairline fracture which causes the video to be blurred in a specific area. Also the APP initially worked fine on iPad and iPhone. Now half the time, the cameras fail to load. And when Live Viewing the cameras skip 7-10 seconds at a time >images provided in "packets" rather than smooth, constant view. This is easily seen as the clocks run thru 7-10 seconds then pauses 7-10seconds. >Horrible live viewing. After paying $1300 for the system and $900+ for installation, I expect FAAAAR BETTER.
